Return & Refund Policy

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at lilfrogkids@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
